Danelle Plaza was characterized as ‘The Heart of Tempe’s New Downtown’ and envisioned a multi-story office center along with retail shopping, restaurants and movie theater.  Most uniquely, the plaza was organized as a ‘retail condominium’ where individual businesses could ‘buy’ their property instead of ‘renting’ through a single property manager.
